How does the custom jewelry process work?
After receiving your request, our team will review the details and contact you by email if additional information is needed. We will then send you a personalized quote. Production will only begin after you have reviewed and accepted the quote and the applicable payment terms.
How long does custom jewelry production take?
Custom or made-to-order jewelry may take up to 4 weeks to manufacture. Shipping time is added after production and depends on the destination and selected delivery method. More complex designs may require additional time, which will be explained before the quote is accepted.
When will I get my order?
If your jewelry is available in stock, the estimated preparation and delivery time is generally 1 to 2 weeks. If it needs to be manufactured, production may take up to 4 weeks, followed by the delivery time for your selected shipping method. The total estimated time for a made-to-order piece may therefore be approximately 5 to 6 weeks.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship our jewelry worldwide. Available shipping methods, prices and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and described in our Shipping Policy.
Will my jewelry look exactly like the photographs?
We make every effort to represent our jewelry accurately. However, natural stones, pearls and handcrafted materials may present slight variations in color, shape, texture or size. These natural differences make every piece unique and are not necessarily considered defects.
